Conditions
Reservations
To confirm your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Please check this carefully and let us know straight away if anything is incorrect. Once confirmed, the room rate and terms cannot be changed.
Cancellations
Cancellations or amendments must be sent by email to info@driftwoodcornwall.co.uk or via the booking partner used.
More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund.
Less than 7 days: Non-refundable.
In the rare case that we need to cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll do our best to help you find alternative accommodation. However, Driftwood cannot accept liability for additional costs.
We recommend arranging suitable travel insurance.
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, excluding American Express.
VAT
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. If the rate changes after your booking is made, we’ll let you know before your stay.
Car Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available. We cannot accept liability for theft or damage to vehicles.
Pets
1 well-behaved dog per room is welcome in rooms 11, 12, 14, & 15 only, however, we do not allow dogs in the main building. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to bring your pet. An additional charge of £5 per night is added after booking.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 2:30pm on the day of arrival. You’re welcome to arrive early and use the facilities while we prepare your room.
Check-out is by 11:00am, and you’re welcome to continue enjoying the facilities for the rest of the day.
Smoking
Driftwood is a non-smoking property, including the decking areas.
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Children
Children are subject to the same booking terms as adults. Breakfast for children is charged at £15.
